Our further expansion into Surrey has given us the opportunity to look at lots of fresh development sites and extend our client base.

We noticed that Kingswood based developers Sheridan Homes had an aggressive land acquisition strategy simply from the number of planning applications lodged in their name. We were asked by clients Lumiere Properties to help acquire a prime site in the Chipstead area, and approached Sheridan regarding the availability of a site in Old Oak Avenue.

Projects Co-ordinator, Martyn Avery, was able to agree a deal, and with planning permission now in place, Lumiere are able to commence the construction of two substantial detached luxury houses.
