After making contact with one of our local offices, we will talk to you about the type of property you require, ideal area and price you want to pay. Then we will get you out and about, looking at a selection of properties that we think will match your criteria. We are very flexible on viewing times, so we can make an appointment at a time that suits you, so just ask!
You’ve found the perfect place that ticks all the boxes! We will now work to secure you the property, agree the finer details of your offer, set a date and start the process of getting you moved.
As soon as your offer is accepted your dedicated Property Manager will process the credit checks and apply for references. We will also send confirmation of your offer, along with the Tenancy Agreement for you to review. At this point it’s a good idea to let all your referees know that we will be contacting them shortly. The quicker we get the references back, the quicker you can move!
All your references have come back as acceptable. We obtain the Landlords final approval and confirm your move. We will instruct a professional 'Check In Report' which helps protect you and your deposit, and then arrange for you to pay the balance of your move in monies.
On the day of your move we will provide you with a copy of the Tenancy Agreement, contact details for your Landlord or Property Manager, a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate, TDS Certificate, and Check In Report, along with any other important information regarding your property.
We will also help set up your standing order for rental payments throughout your tenancy.
Lastly and most importantly, we hand over the keys! Congratulations, you are moving into your new home.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong after you move in and we are managing your property, you can contact your dedicated Property Manager who will resolve things for you as soon as possible.
