Branch Manager

The successful Branch Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day estate agency business within a defined business location, working closely with staff and the Managing Director to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven track record of sales
Knowledge of the mortgage and insurance industry
Business development skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Motivation, drive and determination
A full clean driving licence and be a car owner

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
Responsibility for retaining and developing staff
Setting and reviewing performance standards
Implementing agreed business plans
Valuing, listing and selling properties
Maintain a compliant business
Developing new business relationships
