Estate Co-ordinator

Acorn Estate Management is a fast expanding division within The Acorn Group.

Our Estate Co-ordinators are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of residential blocks of flats in and around South East London and North West Kent.

Ideal candidates for this position will be:

Computer literate and numerate
Excellent communicators, both written and verbal
Experienced at working under pressure and able to meet deadlines
Confident and keen to progress their career
Car drivers with own reliable vehicle

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

Overseeing and arranging major and minor works
Monitoring contractors, i.e cleaners, gardeners and tradesmen
Partaking in residents' meetings
Undertaking inspections of blocks
Liaising with contractors, leaseholders and landlords
Interpreting leasehold agreements and current legislation
Promoting Acorn as a group through effective property management services
