New Homes Sales Advisor

The main aim of the role of New Homes Sales Advisor is to sell brand new properties on behalf of clients. The range of product varies from studio apartments to luxurious detached houses for local, regional and national housebuilders within South East London and Kent. The position could be site-based selling directly from a prestigious show home or marketing suite, or office-based selling numerous "off-plan" opportunities to investor clients or stock units to owner-occupiers.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous New Homes experience, with a proven track record in selling property either "off-plan" or from a show home
Experience of investor requirements
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work on their own and be self-motivated
The ability to work to deadlines within a small team
Full clean driving licence and own car

Key responsibilities and activities:

Meeting rate of sale expectations of the developer
To provide New Homes site reports plus market research/competitor analysis for developers
Generate own leads from a database of applicants
To ensure all property sales are followed through to exchange of contracts within developer timescale
Maintaining sales programmes / strategies
