Sales and Lettings Negotiators

The role of a Negotiator is for someone who is prepared to put in long hours and work hard to achieve success and meet or exceed challenging targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous sales experience (this is not essential)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High standard of customer care/service
Ability to work accurately while under pressure in a target-orientated environment
Working knowledge of Word, e-mail systems and the internet would be an advantage
Well organised
Well presented
Team player
A full driving licence and be a car owner

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

Welcoming all customers in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner
Listening carefully to ensure you correctly ascertain customers' needs from the details provided
Matching customers to suitable properties and organising viewings at the earliest opportunity
Attending viewings where necessary
Immediately following up all viewings, keeping the vendor/landlord fully informed at all times
Ensuring all customers are immediately notified of any new properties that may be suitable
Attending to all administrative duties on receipt of an acceptable offer, ensuring the sale/let is actively progressed to completion
Encouraging all customers to take advantage of all services provided by Acorn and its subsidiaries
Compiling with all company and legislative procedures at all times
You will become a member of The Acorn Academy training programme during which we will train and educate you on how to become an estate agent. The programme has several levels and it provides you with a career without restriction from trainee through to management.
